This is a fully online, self-paced course designed for grades 6–12. Introduce students to the calming and strengthening practice of Yoga through fun, interactive lessons that promote physical and mental well-being. (Semester 1 of 1)
Students will explore beginner-friendly yoga poses, sequences, and stretches that improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. They will also practice mindfulness and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, increase focus, and boost self-awareness. Each session incorporates movement, stories, and creative activities to keep students engaged.
By the end of the semester, students will have developed foundational yoga skills and an understanding of how to use yoga as a tool for relaxation and self-care. Perfect for students who want to improve their flexibility and strength while learning through movement and mindfulness.
This is our Accredited Course with Mentor Teacher Support, which includes an official transcript and earned credit. A dedicated teacher provides grading, feedback, and ongoing support to guide your student’s success.
Parents can still participate by reviewing assignments, viewing answer keys, and providing additional feedback to their child.
