This is a fully online, self-paced course designed for high school students. In World Geography, students explore the physical and human characteristics of the Earth’s people, places, and environments. Through the study of regions around the world, students examine landforms, climate, natural resources, population patterns, cultures, economies, and political systems. (Semester 2 of 2)
Students will develop geographic thinking skills by analyzing maps, interpreting data, and understanding the relationships between people and their environments. This course encourages global awareness and helps students make connections between geographic patterns and current world events.
This is our Accredited Course with Mentor Teacher Support, which includes an official transcript and earned credit. A dedicated teacher provides grading, feedback, and ongoing support to guide your student’s success.
Parents can still participate by reviewing assignments, viewing answer keys, and providing additional feedback to their child.
