Video Game Design I with Mentor Teacher Support

This is a fully online, self-paced course. Explore Game Design I using Blocksmith, accessed through the STEM Forged platform, and learn the fundamentals of programming, 3D modeling, animation, map design, and interactive storytelling. Students build projects from the ground up, developing a strong foundation in core game design concepts and digital creativity.

Through hands-on creation and guided instruction, students strengthen problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical skills while bringing their own game ideas to life.

Students may continue their learning with Video Game Design II and Video Game Design III. A bundle edition including all levels is also available.

This is our Accredited Course with Mentor Teacher Support, which includes an official transcript and earned credit. A dedicated teacher provides grading, feedback, and ongoing support to guide your student’s success.

Parents can still participate by reviewing assignments, viewing answer keys, and providing additional feedback to their child.
