Stop-Motion Animation with Mentor Teacher Support (Grades 2-5) - Semester 1

Unleash your child’s creativity and bring their imagination to life with Stop-Motion Animation! This fully online, self-paced course is designed for students in grades K–5 to explore the art of creating animated films frame by frame.

In this course, students will learn the basics of stop-motion animation using simple materials such as clay, toys, or drawings. They will discover how to set up scenes, take individual photos, and combine them to create a moving story. Through fun, hands-on projects, students will gain skills in storytelling, photography, and the animation process.

By the end of the semester, students will have created their very own stop-motion animation and developed a deeper appreciation for how movies and cartoons come to life.
