Lifetime Activities - Semester 1

This is a fully online, self-paced course designed for high school students. (Semester 1 of 1)

Emphasizing non-team sports, this course offers a diverse range of engaging options including archery, badminton, golf, pickleball, tennis, disc golf, spikeball, walking, jogging, biking, fishing, martial arts, and aquatics. Students will explore a variety of lifelong activities while cultivating a passion for staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

This version of the course is designed for independent learning and is not teacher supported or graded. Parents have the ability to grade assignments, view answer keys, and provide feedback to their child.

We also offer this course as an Accredited Course that includes an official transcript and earned credit, or as an Accredited Course with Mentor Teacher, which adds a dedicated teacher who provides grading, feedback, and ongoing support to guide your student’s success.
