This self-paced, online course introduces kindergarten students to early math concepts through fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate lessons. Students will build number recognition, counting skills, and a basic understanding of addition and subtraction using visual models and interactive activities. The course also covers shapes, patterns, measurement, and simple problem-solving to lay a strong foundation for future math success. Games, stories, and hands-on experiences make math exciting and accessible in a flexible online format.
Parents are supported through a dedicated online platform with resources and expert guidance. Parents will gain insight into their child’s diagnosis, whether autism, dyslexia, intellectual disability, or ADHD, and learn practical strategies tailored to their child’s learning style - visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. Tools and activities help parents strengthen fine and gross motor skills at home, essential for writing, cutting, buttoning, reading, and math.
Parents also learn adapted strategies to support reading, writing, and spatial awareness, which is important for organization, following instructions, and understanding math concepts. The platform introduces accessible educational tools and technologies, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), to adapt learning to each child’s abilities.
This course includes six months of access to all materials and resources. To learn more about our dynamic courses, visit our website https://onfirelearning.com/course-catalog/.
