Journalism with Mentor Teacher Support - Semester 1

This is a fully online, self-paced Journalism course for middle and high school students. In this course, students will learn and enhance their skills in journalistic writing, reporting, and layout as they contribute to producing a school newspaper. The course emphasizes independent work, meeting deadlines, and developing responsibility, with students expected to dedicate time outside of class as needed to complete assignments. (Semester 1 of 1)

This is our Accredited Course with Mentor Teacher Support, which includes an official transcript and earned credit. A dedicated teacher provides grading, feedback, and ongoing support to guide your student’s success.

Parents can still participate by reviewing assignments, viewing answer keys, and providing additional feedback to their child.
