The Emergency Medical Response course is a comprehensive program designed to prepare students to become competent Emergency Medical Responders (EMRs). Students will gain essential skills in CPR, basic wound care, patient stabilization, and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). The course emphasizes safe and effective operation within the EMR scope of practice, covering emergency medical procedures, musculoskeletal system knowledge, and medicolegal responsibilities.
Through hands-on practice, students will master patient assessment, emergency medication administration, and emergency response strategies, while learning to communicate effectively within EMS teams. Upon completion, students will be prepared for certification exams and ready to respond confidently in emergency medical situations.
