Creative Writing with Mentor Teacher Support (Grades 6-8) - Semester 1

This is a fully online, self-paced course. This middle school creative writing course helps students develop the habits, attitudes, and responsibilities of a creative writer. Students create, develop, and refine original descriptive writing. Through the exploration of genres such as short stories, poetry, and screenplays, students strengthen their creative writing techniques while developing their own unique writing style. This course represents Semester 1 of 2.

This is our Accredited Course with Mentor Teacher Support, which includes an official transcript and earned credit. A dedicated teacher provides grading, feedback, and ongoing support to guide your student’s success.

Parents can still participate by reviewing assignments, viewing answer keys, and providing additional feedback to their child.
