Accredited Biochemistry - Semester 1

This fully online, self-paced Biochemistry course allows students to earn high school credit. This course provides an in-depth study of the chemical processes within living organisms. Students explore the structure and function of biomolecules, including proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, and nucleic acids, as well as cellular metabolism, enzyme activity, and DNA replication. Emphasis is placed on understanding how chemical principles apply to biological systems. (Semester 1 of 2)

This is our Accredited Course version, which includes an official transcript and earned credit. This course is designed for independent learning and is not teacher supported or graded. Parents have the ability to grade assignments, view answer keys, and provide feedback to their child.
