Accredited Become an Entrepreneur - Semester 1

Grades 3–5. This fully online, self-paced course introduces students to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. Students learn to think creatively, solve problems, and develop ideas into practical business concepts.

During Semester 1, students explore the basic steps involved in starting a business, including identifying needs, developing solutions, understanding customers, creating branding ideas, and learning simple business models. Through guided projects and real-world examples, students create and present their own business ideas while building critical thinking and communication skills.

By the end of the course, students will demonstrate an understanding of basic entrepreneurial concepts and the process of developing a business idea from concept to presentation.

This is our Accredited Course version, which includes an official transcript and earned credit. This course is designed for independent learning and is not teacher supported or graded. Parents have the ability to grade assignments, view answer keys, and provide feedback to their child. This course represents Semester 1 of 2 semesters.

We also offer this course as an Accredited Course with Mentor Teacher, which adds a dedicated teacher who provides grading, feedback, and ongoing support to guide your student’s success.
