8th Grade Math - Semesters 1 & 2

This fully online, self-paced course is designed for 8th-grade math students. The course centers around three crucial areas: (1) reasoning and formulating expressions and equations, including modeling data with linear equations, solving linear equations, and solving linear systems; (2) understanding functions and using them to describe quantitative relationships; and (3) analyzing 2D and 3D space and figures using distance, angle, similarity, and congruence, including applying the Pythagorean Theorem to build strong foundational math skills. This covers the full-year, including Semester 1 and Semester 2.
