This is a fully online, self-paced Third Grade Math course. Students develop an understanding of multiplication and division, including strategies for solving problems within 100. They explore fractions, with an emphasis on unit fractions (fractions with a numerator of 1). Students also examine the structure of rectangular arrays and area, and learn to describe and analyze two-dimensional shapes.
This version of the course is designed for independent learning and is not teacher supported or graded. Parents have the ability to grade assignments, view answer keys, and provide feedback to their child. This course represents Semester 2 of 2 semesters.
We also offer this course as an Accredited Course that includes an official transcript and earned credit, or as an Accredited Course with Mentor Teacher, which adds a dedicated teacher who provides grading, feedback, and ongoing support to guide your student’s success.
